Our design studio has developed a new automated production line, complete with roll forming machines, tube and sheet laser cutting, robots, and automated welding lines, dedicated exclusively to the production of the new Cima galvanized sheet metal crates.
The new machinery technology has allowed us to achieve a structurally and qualitatively superior product with a significant optimization of the price-quality ratio.
The new loading system, redesigned through a new fork intersection around which the entire crate is built, ensures a more compact product.
The new Cima galvanized steel crate safeguards the integrity of its contents, creating a fireproof armor resistant to stress and impact. This unique feature eliminates the risk of fire in the storage warehouse and shipping container.
The modularity of the crate offers the ability to stack and overlay multiple units, optimizing space during transport and warehouse storage. The material from which the crate is made does not undergo any alteration during outdoor storage, unlike wooden crates. Its reduced footprint and the ability to reuse it for multiple handling and transport cycles result in rapid cost amortization and significant short-term savings compared to traditional systems.
The new Cima galvanized crate is non-toxic, does not develop and is not affected by microorganisms, and is always made from 100% recyclable materials.
